3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapor Cartridges are designed with a bayonet-style connection that fits all compatible 3M™ Bayonet Reusable Half and Full Facepiece Respirators. Featuring a lightweight, low-profile, and swept-back design, these cartridges help optimize the user’s field of vision, comfort, and balance during extended use.

The cartridges are easy to install—simply align the bayonet connection and twist a quarter turn to lock securely into place. They are compatible with 3M™ 6000, 6500/6500QL, and 7500 Series Half Facepieces, as well as 3M™ 6000, FF-400, and 7800 Series Full Facepieces, and 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces with the AV-632 Bayonet Adapter, helping reduce inventory complexity.

Designed with an optimized carbon bed, these cartridges use activated carbon particles to effectively adsorb harmful gases and vapors while maintaining easy breathing and long service life. They are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where protection from hazardous gases and vapors is required.

Note: Not suitable for IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health) environments or areas with high particulate hazards. Cartridges should be replaced according to a documented change-out schedule or earlier if odor, taste, or irritation is detected.
